Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, choose the products you want, add them to your cart and follow the checkout steps. You may need to provide your name, billing details, delivery address and payment information.

Do I need an account to order?

You may be able to checkout as a guest, but creating an account can make it easier to view order history, manage addresses and track future orders.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or dispatched, we may be able to help. Once an order has been packed, dispatched or handed to a delivery partner, changes may not be possible.

Why has my order been cancelled?

Orders may be cancelled if payment fails, stock is unavailable, delivery is not possible, age or verification checks fail, fraud checks raise concerns, or we believe a legal or shipping restriction applies.

Where is my order confirmation?

Order confirmations are usually sent by email after checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder. If you created an account, you may also be able to view your order in your account area.

Where do you deliver?

How long will delivery take?

My parcel is missing. What should I do?

Check your tracking link, delivery address, safe place, neighbours and local delivery office first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order number and tracking details.

Returns and refunds

What if my item arrives damaged?

How long do refunds take?

Refund times depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer or payment method used. Once we process a refund, it may take several working days to appear in your account.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, cancellation may be possible. Contact us quickly. Once an order has shipped, you may need to follow the returns process if eligible.

Who pays return shipping?

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods will be shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location, order value, product type and payment provider availability.

Is my payment information secure?

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our website. Payment providers process payment information under their own security and privacy terms.

Why was my payment declined?

Payments may be declined by your bank, card issuer, payment provider or fraud prevention system. Check your details and contact your payment provider if the issue continues.

Account

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the password reset option on the account login page. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.

How do I update my address?

Log in to your account and update your billing or delivery address. If you have already placed an order, changing your saved address may not update that order, so contact us quickly if the order address is wrong.

Can I delete my account?

You can contact us to request account deletion. We may need to keep some information where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
